Policy |
Any Hoglets born at Hurricane Hedgehogs will come with a 6 month good health guarantee against medical and physical defects unless illness is due to neglect or disease caused by you or any other animal in your home. I also offer a life time warranty against WHS. If for any reason the defect shows up I will replace your hedgehog (equal or lesser value) free of charge as long as you have a necropsy completed by a licensed veterinarian that I chose stating that the cause of death was Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome. Shipping is not included.

Return Policy |
If you decide that a hedgehog is not for you with in 30 days you will receive 50% of the amount you paid for him. After 30 days and up to 60 days you will get 25%. Anytime after 60 days there will be no refund but please do not hesitate to return the hedgehog to me. If the reason you are returning the hedgehog to me is because it is sick and you do not have the money to take the hedgehog to the vet then there will be NO REFUND.

Deposits |
We ask for a $50 deposit as a down payment when baby is 1 to 2 weeks old. The deposit will hold your baby until s/he is fully weaned. Deposits can be paid by check or through Paypal. (When paying with a check/ Money Order please make it out to Selena Buck) When you arrive to pick up your baby the remaining amount must be in the form of a M.O. or Cash. There is no refund on the initial deposit. Once baby is ready to go home, you have 7 days to arrange pick up or else you forfeit your deposit and the baby goes back up for sale. When you put a deposit on a baby you can only change it to a baby in the same time frame yours was born. I don't hold deposit for future litters. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
We
accept Paypal for your convenience but there
will be a 6% surcharge when using this method.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if for any reason we feel one of our Hedgehogs would not be the best choice for animal companionship for them or their family.

Shipping |
I charge 250.00 for shipping when going through Continental Airlines. This includes Pet carrier, Fleece and a receiving blanket to keep your baby warm, small Bag of food and a few other extra costs. I only ship on the weekends but am pretty flexible with the time. Babies that are going to be shipped will have to be 8 weeks or older. I prefer not to ship if at all possible but will ship to hedgehog experienced buyers. If you have any questions or you are new to hedgehog please contact me to discuss your options.
I do not ship to any states that hedgehogs are Illegal so don't ask!
